Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Voxion platform and this website. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them. If you accept them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

1. Who we are

2. For businesses only

Voxion is a service for businesses and professionals. You may use it only in the course of a business or profession, not as a consumer.

3. The service

Voxion lets you build AI assistants that answer chats and phone calls, connect to your other tools and draw on a knowledge base you provide. What your plan includes, such as minutes, assistants and phone numbers, is shown when you choose it. We keep improving the service and may change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

4. Your account

Give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Plans, trial and payment

• Prices are shown when you choose a plan. Invoices state any VAT that applies.
• Payments are processed by Mollie. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period, and we charge the payment method on file at each renewal until you cancel.
• Where we offer a free trial, it starts when you activate it and ends on the date shown. To keep using the platform after that, you need a paid plan.
• If your plan has usage limits, such as minutes, the service stops or is limited when you reach them, unless your plan states that extra usage is charged.
• If a payment fails, we may try again and suspend the service until it succeeds.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time: for a workspace plan, with “Cancel automatic renewal” in that workspace’s plan settings; for your account plan, by emailing voxion@idataconsulting.ai. Your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed after that. We do not refund payments for a period that has already started.

7. How you may use Voxion

You must use Voxion lawfully. In particular, you must not:

• make unsolicited calls or send spam, or call people in breach of telemarketing rules;
• record calls or collect personal data without the notice or consent the law requires. You are responsible for telling callers, where the law requires it, that they are speaking with an AI assistant and that a call may be recorded;
• use an assistant to deceive people, to impersonate someone or to give advice that requires a professional licence;
• upload content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the platform, or use it to build a competing service.

We may suspend an assistant or an account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.

8. Your content and data

You keep all rights to the content you put into Voxion, such as instructions, documents and conversation data. You give us permission to use it only as far as needed to provide the service to you.

For personal data in your assistants’ conversations you are the controller and we are your processor: we process it only on your instructions and to provide the service, under a data processing agreement that we provide on request. You are responsible for having a legal basis for that data and for informing the people concerned. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data as a controller.

9. AI-generated answers

Assistants generate their answers automatically, and those answers can be incomplete or wrong. You decide how your assistants are set up and used, and you are responsible for checking that they suit your purpose.

10. Other services

Calendars, CRMs, phone networks and other services you connect are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

11. Availability

We work to keep Voxion available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance and will try to do so at quiet times.

12. Intellectual property

The platform, its software and our trademarks belong to us or our licensors. You have the right to use the platform for as long as your subscription runs. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

13. Liability

• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or damage to reputation.
• These limits do not apply to damage caused by our intent or deliberate recklessness.

14. Ending the contract

You end the contract by cancelling your subscription as described in section 6. We may end or suspend it with immediate effect if you seriously breach these terms or do not pay. When the contract ends, you can no longer use the paid features of the platform. How we keep and delete your data after that is described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in The Hague (Rechtbank Den Haag).
